Reinstall —
Three steps. Takes about a minute. Works on Mac, Windows and Linux, in any browser.

Put the dongle in update mode
Open the AxisForge app, connect to your dongle, then go to
Settings → Reinstall dongle software.
If the app can't find your dongle, plug it in anyway and carry on to step 2 —
a dongle that needs repair usually goes into update mode by itself.

Look for the new drive
With the dongle plugged into your computer, a small removable drive appears —
in Finder on a Mac, or under This PC on Windows.

If no drive appears, stop here and email us — don't keep unplugging it.

Download the file, then drag it onto that drive
The dongle restarts by itself the moment the file finishes copying. That's it —
it's done. Reconnect in the app as usual.
